Calf Stretch

For about a month, my husband was complaining about his knee hurting a lot, especially when he was in the car driving. He'd have to ice it every night to help ease the pain. We thought we had to resign to having to go get an MRI...that is until he thought he should try one more thing.  He went to our shop with his buddy - (a personal fitness trainer and former pro wrestler) and our in-house physical therapist Wesley Chun.

This simple stretch done everyday for a week, rid Pat of his knee pain while driving. I hope this will help some of you experiencing the same problem.

Those of you doing any type of dance fitness should also incorporate this calf stretch into your daily routine. It only takes 20 seconds
