Shaking those Hips Improves Balance

1 in 3 adults 65 and older fall each year. But I've noticed young adults nowadays are not as active and in shape as they should be. If they keep this lethargic lifestyle up, they'll be losing their balance and falling more often before they hit 40!

In our daily activities we operate mostly in the saggital, or forward and backward plane(walking or lifting)

To improve your balance and strengthen your core, it’s equally important to perform exercises in the frontal plane (side-to-side movement) and the transverse plane (rotational movement).

Hmmm - looks like an Aloha Allure class is in order!
