
Take a break when needed - but your goal is to last the entire time without stopping.
Very important to remember to keep your knees bent, tailbone tucked in, abs engaged and the upper body still (shoulder's / head - level no bobbing up and down) the entire 9:30 minutes to get the most out of your workout. (to intensify - bend lower)
